How to Order
We have taken great care to ensure that our website
has been created to make your shopping experience
pleasurable and easy. To make an order you simply
select the "Add to Cart" button to select an item
for ordering. You are then directed to your secure
shopping cart page where you can adjust quantities,
delete items and make payment for your order. You

Payments
We accept payment by Pay Pal and also Credit card
payments. Our secure credit card payments are
available using Master Card, Visa Card and Amex
through our secure online credit card merchant Thai
Epay.
When you have finalised your order and you are happy
with your order, in your shopping cart select the
Make Payment button in your shopping cart.
You will be then required to fill out your personal
details and also the details of the shipping address
if different to your own personal details.
Then proceed to make your payment by Credit Card,
PayPal or Bank Transfer on request. The
following Credit Cards are accepted
Discounts
Discounts are offered on orders made on our
website as listed below. Discounts are
only calculated against the value of the jewelry
ordered and not inclusive of shipping charges.
Your discounts are automatically calculated by your
shopping cart.
- 3% Orders + 300 USD
- 5% Orders + 700 USD
- 7% Orders + 1000 USD
- 10% Orders + 2000 USD
- 15% Orders + 3000 USD
Prices
Prices listed on our website are FOB US$ prices
(Free On Board). By FOB we mean that our
prices cover the cost up to arranging the shipment
and clearing customs outside of Thailand & China.
Customers are responsible for paying any local taxes
and duties in your countries. Each country has
different import duty rates and therefore it is
impossible for us to advise rates for country to
country. We would recommend that you can
check the customs duty rate in your country by
checking with a local courier company such as DHL or
Fed-Ex.

If you already have a
chosen courier who you receive
favourable rates from we are happy to
call them and receive a pick up from
them. In your shopping cart just
select "I have my own courier" as your
shipping option. Please note if
any customers select this option to
avoid paying shipping duty. We
will send a separate email to request
payment by EMS courier. We will
not ship your products without shipping
payment. |
Note: Occasionally shipping
charges are understated in our shopping cart due to
the region you may be located. Some countries
EMS courier do not deliver and alternative couriers
are expensive. Shipping costs are out of our
control and therefore we hold the right to request
additional payment where necessary.
Import Duties
Each country has different import duty rates and
therefore it is impossible for us to advise rates
for country to country. We would
recommend that you can check the customs duty rate
in your country by checking with a local courier
company such as DHL or Fed-Ex. A number of our
customers request that we send orders with a lower
declared invoice to assist them with their duty
payment. For example if for the UK we send an
order which was valued at USD 1000.00 (not inclusive
of shipping charges), and the import duty rate is
17% into the UK the customer would be required to
pay USD 170.00 in duty charges (17%). Some
customers require us to send a lower value invoice
for example of USD 500.00 and therefore only paying
duty of USD 85.00 (17% of USD 500.00).
We are happy to assist with any customers
requirements if they advise us in advance by email
after placing their orders.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies to
ensure the security of customer data when
transferring and receiving customer data exchanged
with our site server.
Care for your Jewelry
Silver Jewelry will tarnish over time due to wear
and exposure to daily elements in the air. All
our silver products are created using 92.5% silver
and mixed with other metals for strengthening.
92.5% silver is the world standard which we follow.
To take care of your jewelry, simply polish it
frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish
and occasionally use a soft brush and washing up
liquid to bring back the sparkle.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.
Should you wish to return anything bought from us,
we will be happy to refund or exchange a product
provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.
Returns should be made within 15 days of when we
sent the products and in original, undamaged
