Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 15 days of when we sent the products and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. 

Delivery charges for Returns
The charges for returning the products will be bourne by the customer for unwanted products.  If a product can be clearly demonstrated as damaged on arrival with satisfactory proof of photography then we will replace the item on a future order with the same item or a similar item of the same cost.  If we request that the damaged items are sent back to us we will refund the shipping costs after we have received the products and agree that the products are defect with no fault of the customers. 

If the products are simply unwanted as they were not what the customer expected, any charges for returning products are required to be paid by the customer.  We will refund the cost of the products (not including the original shipping fees).
